This is a difficult question. A lot depends on the other person. I'd like to get to know them online and over the phone before an actual meeting. And then it would have to be understood that there would be no sex until I had gotten to know them well in person first. So it's not gonna happen on the first meet! You can think you know all about a person after knowing them online but your reaction to them in person (and theirs to you) can be completely different.
